Just wanted to give a heads up about https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T114542, which is R&D work to be discussed at the summit. Depending on the recommended approach that emerges we'd necessarily need to be mindful about the need to update stuff in analytics pipelines (e.g., pageviews, but certainly more).
