We have some onboarding docs, but no getting started docs like this.  I like it, thanks for working on it.  I added information about Dashiki and Reportupdater.  I think we should call this "Getting Started" and have it be the first link from wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Analytics at the top, with a little explanation.  Let us know when you're ready and we'll take over from there and maintain it.  But right now it's a bit angled towards Wikidata, maybe we can make those details a sub-page, like Getting Started / Wikidata?
