as stats.grok.se is not run by the
wmf.
I notified to the maintainer of stats.grok.se about your report.

P.S.: It seems that the alternative service at
http://tools.wmflabs.org/wikiviewstats/
is currently also not usable, as it is reporting database connection
issues.
