Does anyone know how to find the anchor names for each graph on a
dashboard page such as this one:

I looked at the source code on that page, but couldn't find any anchor
names.

So this feature doesn't let you link directly to graphs *within*
dashboards. It only lets you link directly to *tabs* within dashboards.
Like, if you wanted the second tab of that dashboard you linked above,
you'd go here:
http://ee-dashboard.wmflabs.org/dashboards/frwiki-features#article_feedback…
To link directly to a graph, you have to share just that graph's address,
like this:
http://ee-dashboard.wmflabs.org/graphs/frwiki_aft5_daily
