Me too! Actually, that was one instances where it was raised that in order to make effective changes in policy, it was imperative that there be more insight into the quantifiable effects of given actions. The Portuguese Wikipedia Community worked along with Oona (the program director of the Brazil work) to create a job description that they thought would be most useful in enabling them to improve their project.
