My 2 cents: 

Data on pageviews endpoint is available under: (you need to expand each endpoint to see this, sorry, that  UX could be better).

You can add to pageview tool a note about licensing of the features it provides. For example: see the footer on wikistats:

"All data, charts, and other content is available under the Creative Commons CC0 dedication."
