there is an ongoing task for Eventlogging (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T200630) related to the parsing of weird user agents. The issue caused Eventlogging to be down during the weekend, but we hope to make it work again today. This implies that recent data is delayed, apologies for the inconvenience.
