[Analytics] Moving ReportUpdater queries to a single repository

Just a quick note to let you know that we're consolidating the ReportUpdater queries to a single repository, reportupdater-queries <https://github.com/wikimedia/analytics-reportupdater-queries>. Any changes to the queries limn-prefixed repos will not be applied to your jobs. The switch will be made and Limn-prefixed repos cleaned up next Thursday 11.
