Thanks Jacob, Marcel linked to the and the response was that it's a bit obfuscated. People are less likely to find the data retention guideline than the privacy policy, and the question was: can that be worked on. See Pine's reply to Marcel 'cause I'm not doing it justice :)

Are the data retention guidelines what you're looking for? They're linked in the footer on the privacy policy page, but were done as a separate policy after the privacy policy was already in placed.
