At the risk of polluting the list, I want to say we'll miss you, Annie! Good luck with
whatever you're doing.

Hi everyone,
After nearly 3 years at the Wikimedia Foundation, I am moving on to new opportunities
[1]. My last day at WMF will be Friday, 22 February. This has been a very difficult
decision. The work that all of us engage in on a daily basis in the Wikipedia Education
Program has been so incredibly inspiring, and I know I will miss you all. You are such an
amazing and brilliant group of people, and I feel enormously fortunate to have had the
opportunity to work closely with so many of you.
I plan on staying in touch with many of you, and I hope you'll do the same. My
personal email address is a12lin(a)gmail.com; I can also be reached via Facebook (feel free
to contact me anytime, about anything). And, you'll likely still see me lurking around
Wikipedia Education Program -related activities as a volunteer, and I'll still be more
than happy to help out in the ways that I can with the development of Wikipedia education
programs worldwide, so don't hesitate to reach out to me anytime!
For more formal WMF-related things that you used to send to me, please send them to my
colleague LiAnna Davis after 22 February — ldavis(a)wikimedia.org.
Take care, everyone. Thank you all, so very much.
Annie
[1] If you want to know what I'm moving on to, just email me at the personal email
address above and I can tell you!
