Perfect !
Just want to make sure no one interested miss the deadline. It is
somewhat something that regularly happens to me so I feel like it is
best to send reminders :)

Hello Florence,
We already have funding for Wiki Loves Africa and thats why we didn't
apply.
Also concerning Angola and Guinea-Bissau, I had a conversation with
Paulo like you suggested and we found a way for this first year that
may not require funding.
I am sure he will brief you further and I hope this explains for the
three countries.
Cheers,

Hello
You may find the complete list of grant requests made for Wiki Loves
Africa 2019 here :
https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wiki_Loves_Africa_2019#Funding
I have noticed that the following countries, listed as
participants, did
not apply to a rapid grant (I do not know if that is normal or not
normal, so just point out to the situation in case)
* Uganda : listed as participant, but no rapid grant found
* Angola : same
* Lybia : same
* Guinea-Bissau
* Ghana : same
* Cote d'Ivoire : same
* Mali: same
Previous years participants but not listed this year (just in case...)
* Tanzania :
* Egypt:
