The WikiWomen Advisory Council* is thrilled to announce the reopening of the nomination process for the WikiWomen Taskforce*! This extension, until December 10th, 2024 , is an opportunity to ensure regional representation, language diversity, gender and sexual orientation inclusion, and ability diversity within the Taskforce.
Our goal is to form a team of skilled and experienced individuals committed to advancing gender equity and closing the gender gap in Wikimedia projects.
Overview of the Taskforce
The WikiWomen Taskforce will consist of up to 13 members, ensuring a balanced group for effective and efficient collaboration. We are looking for a mix of individual volunteers and affiliate volunteers who represent diverse regions, languages, gender identities, and abilities.
