Dear Wikimedians,
I thank you for your efforts. I thank Mr. Isaac as well for his important question. What I
meant is that there are many active African Wikimedia users who are not members of the
user groups of their countries... These users include Wikipedia administrators... I think
that it will be an excellent idea to involve them in the projects of Wikimedia user
groups. That is why I will propose to each African user group a list of such active users
so that they can recruit them.
Yours Sincerely,
Houcemeddine Turki

Hi Cscsi,
You wrote "As a first effort, I will send to each user groups the lists of
users that should be recruited by them." What does this implies?
Thank you,
Isaac

Dear Wikimedians,
I thank you for your efforts. I thank you for electing me to be a part of
WISCom. This is an honour for me. I will do my best to contribute to the
amelioration of the situation of Wikimedia projects in Africa and to let
all active African wikimedians work together in African user groups. As a
first effort, I will send to each user groups the lists of users that
should be recruited by them.
Yours Sincerely,
