Hi African Affiliates,

We are happy to announce that tomorrow at 16:00 UTC we would be hosting our Wiki 20 Countdown Africa event.[1] To all those who volunteered as panellists, you should have received briefings on the way forward for tomorrow's virtual event.

This is an event for African Affiliates to come together and share with the whole Wikimedia Movement our various stories leading Wikipedia efforts in the region.

We have created this poster on commons [2] which you can post on your various social media creating awareness for tomorrow's event. Join the live stream tomorrow on Wikipedia Weekly pages on Youtube[3] and Facebook[4].

NB: On a lighter note please join the call with your cakes, beer, ciders, juices and anything you want to celebrate with.
