We are pleased to invite you to the upcoming EduWiki Workshop: “Children and Wikis”, a practical and interactive session designed to strengthen our ability to create child-friendly knowledge resources.

This 2-hour online workshop will provide guidance on:

• Understanding children as a unique target audience and the role of children’s rights in our work.
• Writing clearly and age-appropriately for better comprehension.
• Choosing images responsibly, with attention to ethics, safety, and respect.
• Why children need an encyclopedia and how Wikimedia can meet that need.
