Scroll down to find the link to the AI Oral History presentation. Yes, the presentation was amazing.
It is great that so many events are virtual that we can share outside of the New York City community. One of the good things about New York City is how the colleges give events where people in the community can attend. Sometimes only a few people attend from outside of the college community.
We have community events that are organized by community organizations that are educational too. It is part of the culture of the City. I had a neighbor in late 70s and early 80s in Manhattan who use to attend elocution gatherings in the 40s. Where people like Florence Scovel Shinn would have comnunity sessions.
I knew another elder who attended, and was a part of Harlem History club meetups in the early days. We had weekly lecture series in Harlem where well known scholars would give presentations to the community. We had the First World Alliance and United African Movement. At both of these gatherings we had lots of elders who attended, and were life long learners.
Take care.
Happy to have shared this valuable information with the Wikipedia community.

Yes, it was amazing.
In New York City many of the colleges have events for the community to attend.
I was glad that it was virtual and that I was able to share with the Wikipedia community how AI was used for oral history.
Thanks, Romeo. I will check it out.
