Isla and I worked on a different system for "event reporting" this
We thought it would be best to propose that all reports be made by
the different teams on a collective google doc. The googledoc will
have as many tabs as there are teams (first tab is
template/consolidation, second tab is for country A, third tab for
country B and so on). It creates a more transparent feedback and
allow each team to learn more from the other teams.

days and it will go live mid next week.
