In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic where several in-person Wiki Loves Africa events have been cancelled, Wiki Loves Africa is holding an online event/webinar at 13:00 hours UTC on 28 March 2020.

This is an opportunity for the WLA community to meet online and also to get more people involved in this year's contest which was extended to 15th April. 

The online event will cover

• Why you should contribute your images to the Wiki Loves Africa photographic contest
• How to contribute
• Copyright considerations
• What will happen to your photographs on Wikimedia projects
