The mail I sent previously to the mailing list never made it through moderation, so posting again.

This has been very short notice, and there's no mention of this deadline on the website that I can see, for example:

The application deadline is listed as the 30th, so I'm sure some people will miss out by having an unpublished deadline of the 18th.

I also don't see a mention or link to the Needs and assessment page anywhere (although I haven't gone beyond page 1 on the Google application form) so I'm not sure anyone following the details on the website will know about it if they miss the email.
