AfLIA has signed on Alice Kibombo as a Wikipedian in Residence to actualize the AfLIA/Wikipedia project (https://web.aflia.net/aflia-receives-grant-from-wikimedia-foundation/) of training at least 10 librarians each from 30 African countries. Alice Kibombo is a librarian at the Goethe-Zentrum Kampala UGCS, and a member of Wikimedia Community User Group Uganda where over the last 4 years, she has coordinated and facilitated a number of Wikimedia campaigns.
