We are glad to inform you that the Wiki Arabia 2019 team and the WISCom, have allocated one scholarship for an African Wikimedian from non-Arabic speaking countries (all Africa except: Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia,  libya, Egypt). 
All interessed candidates have to fill this form before December 5, 2018.
