We discussed Rapid grants my friend.

More office hours will be organized later in December to discuss the contest, but we proposed to help the teams that wants to submit a rapid grant to the Wikimedia Foundation (before Dec 1st)
If you need no money, or if your group is under an annual grant from the WMF, you do not need that.

We'll host two more sessions next week and one in French today. You can always try to show up tonight...
