I've submitted a response to the Wiki Indaba 2019 Community Survey. I've got a few remarks concerning the form for improvement etc;
1. Question: What skills do you wish to learn during Wiki Indaba 2019?
I think this question should be check-boxes as one may want to select multiple skills but currently it's a set of radio buttons where one can select just 1 skill.
2. Question: Major problems in your community (another question in the form).
Seems like a similar issue with the question mentioned above.
