A quick update on the status of Wiki Loves Africa

Financials
Money has been sent last week to all countries.
Egypt confirmed it received it.
Nigeria has reported not having received the money yet (Shola, Elisabeth got the proof of paiement, she will forward it tomorrow)
Algeria and Cameroun payements have been rejected. The first because the bank can not receive funds in dollars (hmm), the second because the bank data was incorrect (hmm)... talk to Elisabeth...
Thibault will check tomorrow if other payements have been rejected (hopefully none others)

Some enlightened people might notice the website has not been updated to reflect this year.
There are several reasons for this, but bottom line... we will not use the website this year. Only the Commons pages and blogs.

Yes, marketing documents are under work. Roll up, poster, leaflets, emailer, tee shirt, stickers.
Last week, Isla told me they would be ready this week-end or early this week.
Problem is that I can not check... I just got in Cape Town and the internet at the hotel is... argg.
We'll send an update about it tomorrow.
