Hi Jnanaranjan,
It is with great pleasure getting to know you are interested in helping out with the work. To participate in this project you need not be from
Ghana or from Africa(where the project concentrates) but just the interest matters :). The goal is to have as many contributors(volunteers) 
from Africa as possible so concentrating on territory is important for the training but definitely not a limitation.
