Hey Thad, You can get the full data of a set of entities as follows: https://www.wikidata.org/w/api.php?action=wbgetentities&ids=Q64|Q65|Q18… I'm not aware of a way to get full entities as part of a search (which does not mean there is none, I'm not that familiar with the MediaWiki API). Given the size of entities, I'm not sure this is what you'd want though. Can you provide more details on how you want to specify for which entities you want info, and what info you want to get from them?
