Well,

Sjabloon is a well defined template on af:

Actually, the same problem occured on the nl wiktionary,
see for example:
http://nl.wiktionary.org/w/index.php?title=Sjabloon%3Atg&diff=136134&oldid=34626

And as a consequence, articles including that template, like
http://nl.wiktionary.org/wiki/Russisch
have wrong interwiki links to tg: and af:

Looks like a bug in the software...
