<DIV>Some problem about the central notice for WP 10. This happen on zhwp. If I were un-loggin and I use varient zh or zh-hans or zh-hant it can display the central notice in the translated version. But, not on varient zh-cn, zh-hk, zh-tw & zh-sg. Normally, zh-cn & zh-sg = zh-hans and zh-tw & zh-hk = zh-hant. </DIV>

<DIV>Also, after login, I can only see the English version in every varient. Could meta admin or WMF staff fix it?</DIV>
