[Wikiversity-l] Wikiversity:IRC meeting:New licence for Wikiversity Beta

Hi
last night I had a long discussion with several users. I realised that I was
wrong in several issues and I forgot Wikimedia resolution about License
update. But I still think there is a place of IRC meeting. So I have changed
the page on beta:
