The User: namespace differs per-wiki in many languages other than English, to reflect the
name of the wiki (something akin to "Wikipedia-editor",
"Wikisource-editor" etc.).
I don't think standardizing Project: is a good idea, in particular because the name
could be confused with "Wikiprojects", which on some wikis (also non-English)
have a separate namespace for them.
