[Wikitech-l] Wikimedia Bugzilla upgraded to 4.4.1

Hi, bugzilla.wikimedia.org has been upgraded from version 4.2.7 to 4.4.1. [For the technical audience: Bugzilla was also moved to a different server in the new datacenter and Bugzilla is puppetized now.] I would really like to thank Daniel Zahn and Sean Pringle for their wonderful work, help and support!
