I am only aware about the weekly bug summary at:

Bugzilla as an XMLRpc interface which might be used to build a
dashboard. Or we could involve the analytic team to generate us nice
reports out of a full Bugzilla dump, they are already working on such a
tool for our Gerrit tool.
