I don't think constraining it to stuff which is _actually related_ to
Wikimedia projects or the software running it is some huge blow
against free expression. Do you know how many Wikimedians there are?
And how many of them are running blogs, and have been since long
before they became Wikimedians? If the only criterion to be included
is "Hey, I'm going to post on wikis here from time to time", it's
going to be nothing but a glorified LiveJournal.
