(from wikipedia).
Whats the GFDL correct procedure if

* The article in danish just use SOME of the information in the original

In this case there is no danish article on that subject on wikipedia.
The Foundation's interpretation of the GFDL has
been that the two
critical elements of compliance with the license are as you say. You
must have a link to the "live" original article so the history can be
viewed (which allows authorship to be determined) and the link to the
GFDL license itself.
I don't quite follow how the second part of your question is different.
Do you mean "language" as in your choice of words, or as in Spanish,
Swahili, etc.?
