[Wikipedia-l] Request for ASL/English

An ASL/English Wikipedia is a bad idea, because it'd be basically a
fork with outdated articles. It should either consist of some written
form of ASL or be temporarily an English Wikipedia project like Spoken
Wikipedia until we have the appropriate software for writing ASL. We
could move them to a separate wiki when it is created.
