As long as someone can claim the additional paragraphs are "derived"
from the copyvio, you would better remove the additional paragraphs as
early as possible.
But when do we say someone can claim that? When they are next to each
other? When they are in the same article? When they are both in
Wikipedia? When they are both on the Internet?
