I'm not sure your analysis is that spot on. Mostly we are just  
looking at culture shock and impatience. I'm pretty sure those  
hundreds of people who did contribute could, after they learn the  
software, revert the dirty pictures and move on in about the same way  
we do. They were depending on a newspaper employee to monitor the  
editorial not on the contributors. But he went to bed.
