If I understand correctly, it's not a political issue in the sense of
being controversial, it's a political issue in that polticians all want
to do something about it. That's what I meant in my original post,
anyway. The need for educational material in Hindi and
regional languages is not controversial. Most schools in India will
continue to use an Indian language in their classes, regardless of what
we do.
