How about http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pennsylvania_German_language ?

For me as Bavarian it sounds like Franconian dialect, hard to read  
anyways with
many English words.

Did you know that one? Maybe if we ask them they'd like to join the  
Wikimedia group.
