It was decided at Wikipedia that raw data such as
lists of postcodes were not encyclopedic, which is why
they moved from Wikipedia to ps.wikipedia in the first
place.
"It was decided" - passive verb - by whom?
The debate at Talk:Lists of postal and zip codes of the world/Delete
<http://en2.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Lists_of_postal_and_zip_codes_of_the_world/Delete>
. seems inconclusive, so there wasn't much of a decision there. The
move to ps seems to have come as a convenient afterthought that really
didn't get much discussion. It should be sent back to Wikipedia where
all the linkages can be established.
