[Wikipedia-l] Proposal for new default skin

I am working on a new default skin.

I won't have time to do much work on this for another few weeks -- but 
if people put comments in now it would be a great help.
Please could ambassadors mention this on their wikipedias, so we can get 
feedback from all the different languages.
