I wrote that section, but I think KQ has it right, and perhaps it
should be rewitten.  NPOV is official, enforceable, policy; and
will become even moreso when the non-profit is formed, because you
can't get non-profit status while supporting political advocacy.
Everything else is consensus-based and generally accepted, but
always open to revision.
