No, everyone is welcome to propose other drafts for a multilingual
portal. I only want to know if it makes sense to engage in further
discussion about it or if  we can stop discussing and give up developping  
drafts for it. I don't like wasting energy.

other, as the line following it shows, is to give everyone the possibility
