No really. I'm all for a change, it would make the lists much clearer and 
comprehensible.

Editors with the ability to block others should be able to either see the 
IP of each user, or if someone's paranoid about privacy, simply
be able to block-by-username. Both are feasible solutions, IMO.

Depends on the server-load this would cause. I don't think it's is really 
that important.

Good idea.

No idea;-) Seriously, I really don't know.
