Um, the problem is that the SQL is intermingled with the PHP code, so
it's a bastard to go through and remove the MySQLisms.  I myself have
modified the DatabaseFunctions.php file, but am dragging my feet on
going through all the table definitions and making sure the data types
are appropriate/compatible with Postgres.
