For someone who is a professor at "National Chengchi University", its<br>
interesting to note that their survey link is a url using an IP<br>
address (as opposed to a domain name), and port 8080. One would think<br>
that someone who is a professor at a university, would set up there<br>
survey on the domain name of their university using the standard http<br>
port.<br>
