<div dir="ltr">ഞാന്‍ ഡി.സി ബുക്സ് വഴി 4 പുസ്തകം എഴുതിയിട്ടുണ്ട്, ആ കോണ്ട്രാക്ട് പ്രകാരം പ്രസാധകന്റെ മുന്‍ അനുമതി വാങ്ങാതെ പബ്ലിക് ഡോമൈനില്‍ പോയിട്ട് ഒരു അന്യഭാഷാ തര്‍ജമ പോലും നടത്താനാകില്ല. കോണ്ട്രാക്ട് പൂര്‍ണമായി വായിച്ചാല്‍ സാക്ഷാല്‍ എം.ടി വാസുദേവന്‍ നായര്‍ പോലും പുസ്തകം എഴുതില്ല. അത്രയ്ക്ക് പ്രസാധകരിലേക്ക് അവകാശം പതിച്ചു കോടുക്കുന്ന രീതിയിലാണ് എല്ലാ എഗ്രിമെന്റുകളും.<br>

<div dir="ltr">ഒരു മലയാള എഴുത്തുകാരന്‍ എനിക്കച്ച മെയിലിനെ ഒരു ഭാഗമാണു താഴെ. <br><br>ള്ളിയുടെ ചോദ്യം ഇതാണു പുള്ളിയുടെ കൃതികള്‍ പബ്ളിക്ക് ഡൊമൈനില്‍ ആക്കണം എന്ന് പുള്ളിക്കുണ്ട്. അതിനു എന്താണു ചെയ്യേണ്ടത്?<br><br>നൂലാമാലകള്‍ ഒന്നും ഇല്ലാത്ത ഏറ്റവും ലഘുവായ ഉത്തരം ആണു വേണ്ടതു. കാരണം ഇതു നമ്മുടെ വിക്കിന്ഥശാല പ്രൊജക്ടിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ചു പ്രാധാന്യം ഉള്ള ഒരു ചോദ്യമാണു. <br>
