[Wikimediauk-l] Open Plaques 'open day' tomorrow

Sounds like an organisation we should be encouraging to work with
commons. We already have quite a few images of Blue Plaques, including
ones that they don't have.

I'm assuming that an image of a blue plaque photographed from a public
place in the UK is acceptable under our licensing, but would be
interested in views from those who specialise in copyright matters.
