at the meeting, proceedings between the lawyer and our<br>representatives were to be posted; so as to act as a guidance for the<br>other members prior to the voting. An official voting session was<br>then to be organized where the legal vehicle selected by most of the<br>members will prevail. However, of greater importance were the by-laws<br>that are supposed to govern us.<br>Therefore, a greater responsibility lies to those liasing with the<br>lawyer in educating the rest of the members before we get to vote.<br>Moreover, we need to set reasonable time-limits for instance the<br>voting date, duration et cetera.
