If you input User:Swarupkrishna in appropriate place, his name comes. But, someone knowing Telgu should help and if he has not activated his wiki-mail, he will not be able to receive any mail sent to him through Telgu Wikipedia. As such, if user name is correct as per the records of the scholarship committee, a notice on his talk page may be placed. <br>
